What this site is
Information about our company and our products. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a contract. If we work together, that will be a written agreement signed by both of us, and it will say so.
About the previews. The Klar console, the language picker and the coder review screen are demonstrations that run in your browser. The data in them is invented for a fictional example. They show how the products behave, but they are not the products, and no output from them should be relied on for any decision.
The coder review screen in particular is an illustration of a workflow. It is not medical advice, not coding advice, and not a clinical or billing tool. The codes shown are real ICD-10 and CPT codes used to make the example realistic.
What you may do
Read the site, use the previews, quote us with attribution, and link to any page. You do not need permission to link.
What you may not do
- Copy the text, design or code of this site to present as your own
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
- Use automated means to scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people
- Use our name, logo or product names in a way that suggests we endorse you
Ownership
The content, design and code of this site belong to AEYEON Technologies Private Limited. The names AEYEON, Klar and SparkKing are ours. Other product and company names mentioned — including the platforms Klar connects to — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our software works with.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, and we have deliberately kept unverifiable claims off it. Even so, things change: prices move, features ship, a product in development may be renamed or may not launch at all. Nothing here is a promise that a product will exist, keep existing, or behave a particular way in future.
Links to other sites
We link to our own products and to our pages on other platforms. We are not responsible for what is on any site we do not control.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
